In Store Pickup Policy

Welcome to Leitz Music In-Store Pickup Service!

To provide you with a convenient shopping experience, we offer an in-store pickup option for our online customers. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth pickup process.


1. Eligibility for In-Store Pickup

- In-store pickup is available for most items listed on our website. 

- Per Affirm's User Policy: Orders placed using Affirm as their payment method are NOT eligible for in-store pickup.


2. Placing Your Order

- During checkout, select “In-Store Pickup” and choose the store location where you wish to pick up your order.

- Complete your purchase online as normal.


3. Order Confirmation

- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not an indication that your order is ready for pickup.


4. Order Ready Notification

- When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification email. Please wait for this email before coming to the store.


5. Pickup Timeframe

- Orders are usually ready within 4 hours during normal business hours.

- Orders not picked up within 5 business days will be automatically cancelled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


6. What to Bring for Pickup

- A copy of the order ready notification email (printed or digital).

- A valid government-issued photo ID.

- The credit/debit card used for the purchase (if applicable).


7. Pickup Process

- Upon arrival at the store, proceed to the front counter with photo ID and copy of order

- Present your confirmation email, photo ID, and payment card used to our staff.

- Our staff will retrieve your order and complete the pickup process.


8. Designating Someone Else to Pick Up Your Order

To ensure the security and privacy of your purchase, only the individual who placed the order is permitted to pick it up. We are unable to release orders to anyone other than the person whose name is associated with the order.

- The individual picking up the order must present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order, along with the order ready notification email (printed or digital).


9. Changes to Order

- Once an order is placed for in-store pickup, changes to the order or pickup location may not be possible. Please contact us directly for assistance.


10. Returns and Exchanges

- In-store pickup orders are subject to our standard return and exchange policy.
