Shipping & Returns


We ship most of our packages using Fedex Home Delivery/Ground. We require a signature upon delivery on items over 500 USD. If you would like a signature option on an item under 500 USD, please contact us by phone or e-mail. Insurance is included with shipping through FedEx. On smaller items under 10lbs, we will be using USPS. We accept returns for a period of 30 days after you have received your item(s). The buyer is responsible for packing and shipping costs for any returns. 10% of the item(s) original purchase value will be kept by the seller for processing and re-stocking.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that you receive an item that is either damaged or defective, the re-stocking fee will be waived and we will do our best to reach a solution in order to satisfy you. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. If it has been 30 days after you received the item, we will not be able to help you.
